Please send any questions you have about your order, or comments about our website, specifically what you find helpful or confusing, as we constantly strive to improve our web presentation. You're also welcome to submit corset photos for consideration for our client photo gallery.

We want to answer your questions expeditiously, and help you find the corset of your dreams. However, sometimes spam gets in the way, so accept our apologies if this growing international problem causes a delay.

Please realize that we do not currently maintain a retail outlet or showroom, however, you may see and try on our corset samples and view in-stock consignment corsets for sale, by scheduling a General Consultation or a Bridal Consultation for a private fitting. You may also schedule an appointment for a Gender Image Salon or individual Image Counseling appointment. We recommend at least a week's advance appointment, although occasionally same-day appointment may be available at a surcharge. For information or appointment, please call or email us.

Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm PST or PDT, and occasionally S and S. You may leave a voice mail at any time, however the quickest way to communicate with us is via email. We respond to email often within the hour, and absent an emergency no later than 36 hrs.. We respond to voice mail twice each business week.

You may submit orders directly on our Shopping Cart, via email, via snailmail, or by calling us. For snailmail orders you may print our order form and paste it into you favorite e-mail program. Then complete it and email to us.

Before we process any order be it for a custom or a non-custom product or service, we ask you to review our Business Values, as well as our Terms and Conditions regarding

  1. Non Custom Products and Services, or
  2. Custom Products, including our Quality Standards.

Excepting services and In-Stock Corsets, for orders of any product we require your signature on a full set of the Terms and Conditions.You may send your signature in the following ways:

  1. If you order on our secure Shopping Cart, then you will simply check a box to indicate your review and acceptance. There you may also directly access Quality Standards posted on our website.
  2. If you order by snailmail, we will mail you a copy to review, sign and return to us, and for garment orders by email we will ask you to review Quality Standards posted on our website.

Alternatively, you can copy the order form, paste it into you favorite e-mail program, fill it out, and email it to us . Please note that we need to have your signature on file before we can ship you anything, so first-time orders must be phoned in. Thanks for your visit!
