Please note: While readymade corsets like the Simple Pleasures and PCP featured here, are excellent quality and value for the price, such corsets can never rise to the same level of quality as a custom made, tight lacing corset, which latter corset will typically cost up to $100 or more than a readymade corset. Sometimes, as with any purchase, you may wish to compromise a bit at first, and spend less, in order to try out a corset and see if you like them well enough to then move up to a fully-custom, tight-lacing version. 

SIMPLE PLEASURES - WASHABLE SATIN CINCHER (c)(R)ROMANTASY 1997

Our most popular "starter" corset, this 9" busk front lined cincher comes in six popular colors (specify outer and lining color): black, burgundy, royal blue, red, white, silver and burnished gold, with black or coordinating braid trim on the top and bottom edges. The corset is of cotton backed satin that has been pre-washed. Anticipated waist reduction is three inches (not tight-lacing).

Please note that brocade corsets are not washable. You may order bonding/innerfacing to strengthen your corset for an additional $40, however it is not necessary. Note that these corsets do not use waist tape in their construction process, yet are very sturdy corsets of good value as they are both reversible and washable! An elongated version of the cincher, the Victorian is also braid trimmed and lined. Also in black, white, ivory or burgundy brocade, add $25. Order by snug waist size. POINT COUNTER POINT CINCHER - WASHABLE SATIN CINCHER (c)(R)ROMANTASY 1997

This is a similar style to the Simple Pleasures but with a more pointed top and bottom front design. lt is perfectly finished inside and out and is therefore completely reversible. LAMBSKIN LEATHER SPANISH VEST CORSET

This shoulder-strap butter soft black lambskin leather corset sports marine hardware for its front closure and leather back lacing. Truly a fashion-forward garment that will turn heads, the corset is designed by a young, award-winning craftsperson from northern Spain. Not for extreme tight-lacing, the corset is suitable for a three inch waist reduction. Also available by request in some other colors. Please use custom order form.

This is not a tight-lacing quality corset but has waist tape, double boning, and bonding or innerfacing for long-term strength and durability.

THE RAINBOW CORSET, produced by Sue Nice

This corset was designed and produced by Sue Nice to celebrate San Francisco's Gay Day Parade in 1997. The pattern is complex with each color of the rainbow represented in inch-wide front panels that gently bend around the body's curves. You may choose a single color for the edge trim and back panels, but it is particularly handsome when red predominates. Interlined for tight lacing and spiral boned for comfort. Please use custom order form. In satin only.

This is a tight-lacing quality corset with waist tape, double boning, and bonding or innerfacing for long-term strength and durability.

THE CORVEST (c)(R)ROMANTASY 1997

Appropriate to improve fit of men's business suits or formal wear. Brocade vest reduces waistlines by, improves posture, and controls appetites. The boned structure is entirely hidden beneath a handsome traditional brocade vest which buttons over an under-panel that easily zips up. The CorVest may be ordered with a lace-up back as shown in the photo, or for a more conservative "look," with a smooth satin back with laces completely hidden in front under the buttons. You may choose a custom garment, forwarding measurements taken from our website or elect a standard size (sm, med, lg, and xlg.). For standard garments simply send your coat jacket size, chest and waist measurements, and color desired: black, black and gold, black and blue, navy blue, white or bone. 

For either garment, please send the color preferred for the outer brocade: black, black and gold, black and bone, or other preference. We can send a swatch of fabric for your advance approval if requested.  Basic price $395; some upcharge for collars and certain brocades.

SUE NICE STANDARD CORSET

The only difference between this standard corset and Sue's fully custom corset is that this one is four panel rather than six, is made to fit standard sizes shown below, we deliver your order in about four weeks versus two to three months, plus you save anywhere from $75 to $150 since there is no upcharge for (1) velvet or brocade, (2) outer boning casings, (3) two pair of garters, or (4) larger waist sizes, as there is with fully custom corsets---making this spiffy little corset a great value indeed! It is of tight-lacing quality and will reduce the waistline by four inches.

Remember you can request velvet or brocade, and outer boning casings at no additional charge! You may order satin lining instead of the usual heavy cotton duck or denim lining, at an additional $45 charge. Please tell us your snug natural waist measurement, color, and fabric choices. Corsets will be inner boned unless you tell us otherwise. Please note that we now offer standard sizes up to snug natural waist size of 50 inches!
